"Retro-spective"

There is so much I want to paint this time of year - new beginnings. The sun is out, I should be too, but instead I am hunkered down in the studio working on the new toy series. I have a show in March up in Philly with the new collection, and think I have one (or two) more to complete.
I love painting these guys, and they are a challenge which is good (Slinkeys are not easy to paint by the way). And, just when I say that's the last toy I'm going to have, another slips under the door. I blame it on the Fed Ex man (think he's bringing me a lunch pail from Ebay by the end of the week)
...back to robots and rayguns...
